As well as our letting service, we also offer a comprehensive management service. The service provides landlords with a worry-free letting as we will deal with any issues concerning the maintenance of your property. Acting in your interests at all times, we will be the first point of contact for your tenant.

We will take care of your legal obligations and arrange for annual gas and electricity safety checks to be carried out. We will arrange for transfer of final accounts and the transfer of all utilities to the tenant. All recurring expenses such as ground rent and service charge can be paid from the funds held.

We provide emergency contractors on standby 24/7 to carry out any emergency repairs quickly, efficiently and at the least cost.

In addition, we can arrange for your property to be repaired or refurbished and will instruct or supervise all relevant contractors including all building trades, architects, planners, surveyors, structural engineers and interior designers.

From a studio apartment to a substantial family residence, each property we let and manage is carefully looked after as though it was our own.
