As well as our letting service, Grattes offer a comprehensive management service. The service provides landlords with a worry-free letting as we will deal with any issues concerning the maintenance of your property. 


Our Service Includes:

  • Comprehensive register of approved contractors
  • Overseaing general maintenance
  • Collection of rents and dealing with all disbursements
  • Inspection of the property to ensure your investment is kept in good condition


Acting in your interests at all times, we will be the first point of contact for your tenant.We will take care of your legal obligations and arrange for annual gas and electricity safety checks to be carried out. We will arrange for transfer of final accounts and the transfer of all utilities to the tenant. All recurring expenses such as ground rent and service charge can be paid from the funds held.

In addition, we can arrange for your property to be repaired or refurbished and will instruct or supervise all relevant contractors including all building trades, architects, planners, surveyors, structural engineers and interior designers.
